Our warehouse is open and able to supply your orders.

However, delivery times are taking longer than usual due to significant changes in international freight schedules.

USA DELIVERY NOTIFICATION 30 APRIL 2020:

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer Non-tracked postage to the USA right now.

We apologise for this inconvenience and will reinstate the non-tracked shipping option as soon as it is possible. 

If you had selected the Non-tracked option before we removed this from our website, your order will be shipped using Tracked post at no additional cost.

How do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

We offer FREE international shipping applies to all orders of $50.00 USD or more.

Wholesale customer orders do not qualify for free shipping. Coupons do not count towards your order value.

How much is shipping?

For orders under $50.00 USD we offer the following FLAT RATE shipping options.

Orders <1.8kg/4lb, International Post, 5-30 days delivery:

  • Non- Tracked $3.00 USD per order
  • Tracked $8.00 USD per order

Orders >1.8kg/4lb, International Express Post, 4-15 days delivery:

  • Tracked $20.00 USD per order

Where can I track my order?

If you selected tracked shipping, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

To track your parcel we recommend using https://www.17track.net/en

Please copy the tracking reference from the email, and paste into the Track 17 system.

What about import documents, duties and taxes?

All customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country. eg. VAT.

These are not included in your purchase price.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders are packed within 1-2 Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order.

Please allow 5-30 days for delivery of your order.

Rosie’s Studio cannot be responsible for delays caused by disruption to freight routes, customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies.

If your parcel is not delivered to you within 30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page. 

Something isn’t right.

We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to our door.

If you have not received your order after 30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page.

In the rare event that you receive a mis-picked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mis-picked/faulty/ damaged goods.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns where you have “changed your mind”.
