We ship to most countries. We are unable to ship to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Where do you ship from:
New Zealand: orders are sent from our office in Auckland, New Zealand via Post Haste couriers.
All other countries: orders are sent from our warehouse in Shanghai, China.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Both you and our team will be able to follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

What about import documents, duties and taxes?
All customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country. eg. VAT, GST
These are not included in your purchase price.
Please be sure to check with your local customs office for more information.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders are packed within 1-2 Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order.
Normally please allow 5-30 days for delivery of your order. However, Due to ongoing reductions in airfreight capacity, our standard delivery times may vary.
Rosie’s Studio cannot be responsible for delays caused by disruption to freight routes, customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies.
If your parcel is not delivered to you within 12 weeks, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
Something isn’t right.
We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to our door.
If you have not received your order after 30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
In the rare event that you receive a mis-picked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mis-picked/faulty/ damaged goods.
