Terms of contract
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rosie’s Studio online wholesale store. By placing a Wholesale order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Rosie’s Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change and update this policy at any time. We encourage our customers to check this page for any changes or update to stay informed. You as a customer acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and stay informed with any update and changes to our policies.
Who can become a wholesaler?
- Wholesale access to Rosie’s Studio products is granted only to businesses of a retail nature. Businesses must be an operational physical retail store, online store, kit club, or other similar retail operation, for the purpose of reselling Rosie’s Studio products to the general public. Wholesale pricing is not offered to businesses or individuals wishing to use Rosie’s Studio products on their own handmade creations that are for sale.
Each application is reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.
- All businesses must be prepared to supply a copy of their business name registration, if requested.
How do I become a Wholesale customer?
Please register your interest in becoming a Wholesale customer by clicking on Wholesale in the top menu of the website.
Next, click on Wholesale Registration and complete the application form. Please provide all of the requested details, including your business name and preferably a website url, so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
We may need to contact you to request further information.
You will receive email notification of your approval.
How do I place an order:
Orders can be placed by either:
– Log into your wholesale account.
– Search and add products to your cart. PLEASE NOTE: in order to get the wholesale price, please make sure you have ordered all items in multiples of the minimum purchase quantity.
– Pay securely at checkout using your credit card.
– A pricelist/ order form can be be emailed to you on request. A link to download the form will also be included in any email you receive notifying you of a new collection.
– In the Order column, use the drop down arrow to select the quantity you would like to order.
– Email your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
– Freight will be added to your order (please refer to the table below for freight costs).
– An invoice from Paypal.com will be emailed to you for payment.
– Once your invoice has been paid your goods will be dispatched.
Please note – all prices are in USD and do not include any applicable taxes or duties. All wholesale customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country
How much do I need to buy?
There is no minimum purchase value. But, each item has a minimum purchase quantity, which is shown next to each item in the pricelist/ order form. This is usually between 8-12 units per item.
What currency are price shown in?
The default currency on our website is USD.
To view product and shipping costs in other currencies, please use the Currency Converter found at the top of our Home Page and Shop pages. Available currencies are: USD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, ZAR.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations pricing may change at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.
PLEASE NOTE: in order to get the wholesale price, please make sure you have ordered all items in multiples of the minimum purchase quantity.
Coupons and Sale Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all coupons, sales and discounts do not apply to wholesale purchases.
Any reduced prices will be marked on your Pricelist/ Order form.
Where are your goods shipped from:
While our office and designers are New Zealand based, we operate a warehouse in Shanghai, China to dispatch all of our products. This allows us to keep our products at such a reasonable cost, and to expedite shipping across the globe. The warehouse is run by employees of Rosie’s Studio, who are very much a part of our small business family.
How much is shipping?
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:
North Island: $8.20 USD. Approximately $13 NZD
South Island: $12.50 USD. Approximately $20 NZD
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
We offer international shipping via FEDEX at the USD rates show below.

Can I track my order?
We will emailyou a tracking number when you order has been dispatched.
You can track your order via Fedex or by visiting our website:
Go to Login to view your account dashboard. Select Orders. Find the order you wish to track and select Track.
Can I use my own shipper?
Yes, if you would like to use your own shipping company, please discuss this with us in advance, or when you return your completed order form. You will need to pay your own shipper directly via your own account with the shipper. We will send you details for your shipper to collect your order upon request.
Import documents, duties and taxes
All customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country (eg. VAT, GST)
These are not included in your purchase price.
Please be sure to check with your local customs office for more information.
Rosie’s Studio will not be responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties incurred by a customer’s purchase.
We accept payment via debit or credit card through Stripe’s payment gateway and Paypal. Rosie’s Studio will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using Stripe’s secure servers.
Payment shall be made at the time the order is placed.
Orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.
Payment is made via Paypal. You will be sent an invoice from Paypal.com after your order has been received.

Order Processing Times
Most orders are packed within 1-2 Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order.
Please allow 4-15 days for delivery of your order. However due to ongoing freight disruptions we ask that you are patient as this time may vary.
Rosie’s Studio cannot be responsible for delays caused by disruptions to freight routes, customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies.
If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
Rosie’s Studio will not be liable for any failure to supply or delay in supply caused by a Force Majeure beyond our reasonable control.
“Force Majeure” means any of the following events or occurrences and the effects thereof: fire, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, explosion, accident, act of a public enemy, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, sabotage, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, labour disputes, transportation embargoes, national or international oil or fuel shortage, acts of God, acts of government or any agency or judicial action.
Occasionally we may run out of stock between the time you place your order and when it is processed.
In this case we will contact you to advise which items are unavailable so that you may amend your order.
We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to our door.
To help minimise lost orders lost in transit once they leave our warehouse, all deliveries are tracked. You will be emailed a tracking number once your goods are dispatched. If you have not received your goods within 28 days please contact us via our Contact page.
In the rare event that you receive a mispicked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mispicked/faulty/ damaged goods.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or accept returns where you have “changed your mind”.
High resolution images of all products and logos are available to download from our Dropbox.
We will send you a link to our Dropbox, or you may request it at any time after you place your first order.
Images can be used for setting up your own website, or for other advertising/ promotions.
Please do not edit or alter the images in anyway.
You are not permitted to reproduce or otherwise copy our designs with the intent to sell, manufacture, or reproduce our products. This includes digital renditions of our products (ie: using our products as direct inspiration for “printables”, even for free, that are given in conjunction with our products).
All layouts, projects and images displayed on this website are the property of Rosie’s Studio.
