Instructions:

Print the jpg onto A4 paper or card. Cut out each of the 10 coupons. and cut the cover out leaving the front and back as one piece. Arrange in order, fold cover over the coupons and staple along spine. Cut out the strips of coupon titles and glue or foam tape onto each coupon, or write your own coupons on the white banner.
