Print the page onto card or paper. Experiment using foam tape or double-sided tape to add dimension. You can glue the printouts to heavier card before trimming if you want. Stick the green printed paper onto the front of the card, then the green and white journal card, then stick on the square of green grid paper. Next stick down the other shapes, layering as shown in the picture of the finished card.
