Where do you ship from?

All orders, unless they are delivered to New Zealand, are shipped form our warehouse located in Shanghai, China.

New Zealand orders are shipped from our office in Auckland, New Zealand.

Where do you ship to?  

We ship to most countries. We are unable to ship to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

New Zealand Shipping

Orders are shipped from our office in Auckland, New Zealand via Post Haste couriers. Please see the table below for costs and estimate shipping times.

International Shipping

Orders for all countries outside of New Zealand are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Depending on your location and the weight of your items you will be able to select from the 2 following shipping options:

Tracked Courier Service – currently serviced by Fedex. 

Tracked Postal Service – currently serviced by China Post.

We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• International Courier and Post Haste NZ services: You can view tracking information through our website. Go to Login, select Orders, find the order you wish to track, and select Track.

• China Post Tracked delivery: please visit the Parcelsapp website and enter your tracking number: https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/china-post

Tariffs,  import charges, duties and taxes?

Please be aware that your local government may require you to pay additional costs such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and other related charges when your package arrives in your country.

These fees are not included in your purchase price or our shipping cost. They are determined by your local customs office and government regulations.

Rosie’s Studio is not responsible for paying these fees, nor will we issue refunds if you choose not to pay these costs and the package is returned or abandoned.

We recommend checking with your local customs or postal authority for more information before placing your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders are packed within 1-2 Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order. Rosie’s Studio cannot be responsible for delays caused by disruption to freight routes, customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies. If your parcel is not delivered to you within  30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page.

Something isn’t right.

We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to our door. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page.

 In the rare event that you receive a mis-picked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mis-picked/faulty/ damaged goods.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns where you have “changed your mind”31cOUROIEY
